Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
A candidate who has experience of previously working in a import and Export company and is well versed with international accounting practices in trading industry.
Excellent communication in English.
Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP and working on cloud platform.
Job description
Process all invoices and related payments in timely, accurate and complete fashion.
Handling of Pre Shipment and Post Shipment Financing.
Establish LC bank Guarantee
Accounting of Export and Import Transactions.
Book-Keeping
Document financial transactions by entering account information in Tally ERP.
Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Maintains the accuracy of the inventory system, prepare credit notes, track of the costs , the reconciliation to the general ledger accounts and ensures proper recording of cost of sales.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Liaison with bank and other stake holders
Any other work or account related activity assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
Education :B.com/M.com/MBA
Experience: 3-8 years
