Role and Responsibilities
- Candidate should be able to handle a team of 10- 15 members , Should have good team handling skill , and should be from Tele- sales background. Must be a target oriented leader , maintain defined SLA , and should have good knowledge on call quality attrition and shrinkage
- Must have good hands on Microsoft office tools , and experience on any call center dialer will be an added advantage.
- To lead an operations team , focused on delivering core metrics of productivity and quality. Should be responsible for planning , assigning and directing work.
Business Management:
- Knowledge of share market - Stock broking , Franchisee or B2C business would be an advantage
- Driving daily target of the team
- Driving self KRA and team KRA
- Ensuring SLA,
