User are entering into these Terms of Service with CareersLeague.com (Zingwebs).
CareersLeague.com offers users (“Users”) job portal services through website and various softwares or other applications and services, including but not limited to the CareersLeague.com website and application. These Terms of Service will govern users’ use of CareersLeague.com software applications, websites, web service API, tools or other services and features provided by CareersLeague.com from time to time (collectively “Services”). By accessing or using any of the Services, User agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By using the CareersLeague.com website or application user confirms that he/she are entitled to receive the services in the country or area to which our Services belongs. Where other third party services are made available as part of our Services, then the respective third party terms of service and privacy policy shall apply to any such use by users. If users are registering with CareersLeague.com as a business entity, they represent that they have the authority to legally bind that entity. For CareersLeague.com Users specific terms apply in accordance with the respective agreements for such services.
Certain features of the Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms or rules, which will be posted in or on the Services in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are firmly committed to the security and protection of personal information of our Users and the Services. The CareersLeague.com describes how we collect, use, share and process personal information and users acknowledge and agree that CareersLeague.com may collect, use, share and process personal information as described therein.
2. DEFINITIONS
“Advertiser” means user who places a job advertisement or promotes any job related activities via on the website careersleague.com.
“careersleague” means Zingwebs The term “the portal” or “this” site refers to website www.careersleague.com
“Job Seeker(s)” means users seeking employment.
“User / user” means anyone who is using / surfing / exploring the site
“The Site / site” means any website, job portal or mobile application owned and operated by Zingwebs and its affiliates/subsidiaries or its service providers.
“Employer / Company” as a registered entity which has capacity to hire a Job Seeker
“Consultancy / Consultant” is a registered agency / company which has interest to supply manpower to the Employer
“Educational Institute” is defined as an entity which offers the Diploma / Degree/ Master Degree / Ph.D. Courses affiliated to a recognized university to the students / job seekers
“Training Institute” is defined as an entity which offers skill based training or certification to the student / job seeker.
“User”, “user” and “users” herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing and/or using the Site at any time for any reason or purpose.
3. PURPOSE
Purpose of www.careersleague.com is to serve as a medium of contact and exchange of information among the users / subscribers / visitors with the bona-fide intention and genuine purposes. This agreement states the general terms under which User may use the site. These terms constitutes the binding agreement between User and Zingwebs and are deemed accepted by Users each time Users use or visit the site. For the users who violate these terms the access of the site may be suspended / terminated/ deactivated at Careersleague’s discretion.
4. GRANT OF RIGHTS
CareersLeague.com grants user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to use the Services for own personal, non-commercial use. Users are not allowed to use the CareersLeague.com Services on any device that they do not own or control. User may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works or in any manner reverse engineer the CareersLeague.com software applications, any updates, or any part thereof.
Users are not granted any right to use CareersLeague.com name, trademarks or other commercial symbols. All rights not expressly granted to user under these Terms shall be retained by CareersLeague.com .
In case Users wish to use any part of the Services as a part of User’s own application or modify any part of the Services, such use is subject to CareersLeague.com prior written approval and that Users enter into a separate license agreement with CareersLeague.com. User agrees that he/she shall only use the Site for lawful purposes and for seeking or providing employment or to offer the courses.
5. SUPPORT
CareersLeague.com strives to provide adequate and efficient technical support, upgrades and updates for the Services. CareersLeague.com shall, however, not be under any obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Services under these Terms and reserves the right to limit or discontinue the support, upgrades and updates provided from time to time.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Users guarantee that any information and other content, such as User’s profile information, that User may share with CareersLeague.com as a User of the Services (together “Content”), to the best of User’s knowledge, is correct, not in violation of applicable law, will not corrupt or disrupt the Services, and that User have the right to share the Content with CareersLeague.com in order for CareersLeague.com to provide the Services and share the Content with other Users.
User shall not make any commercial use of the Services or the Content or otherwise transfer for value the Services or the Content. User agree not to challenge CareersLeague.com 's rights in, or otherwise attempt to assert any rights in, the Services or any Content provided by other Users, except those rights explicitly granted under these Terms. Users agree to use the Services and Content only as expressly permitted under these Terms.
Users agree not to use the Services, Content or information to attempt to circumvent the regular operation of the Services, or reduce the fees or consideration that we may derive from the Services by any means including by creating multiple accounts, redirecting traffic, following other fraudulent or deceptive practices, creating a parallel repository thereof, or seeking to by-pass the Services or compete with us.
Scraping of any information contained in the Services, by use of automated systems or software to extract data, including any Content and any third party information accessible via the Services, is strictly prohibited. User agrees to keep his/her login name and password with care and not to disclose them to any other person. User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, safekeeping and security of such login name and password and shall notify careersleague immediately of any unauthorized use of the same. User are authorized (subject to these terms) to access and use the content of the site for personal use only and not for commercial use. The content of the site such as text, design graphics, images, code, audio, video, icons, logos, codes are the property of careersleague.
Users may not use the Services or the Content in any way, which is illegal, harmful, or may be considered offensive by CareersLeague.com , other Users or third parties. Users agree not to exploit the Services or the Content in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to, trespassing or burdening network capacity. User further agree not to use our Services or Content in any manner to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party, and User acknowledge and agree that CareersLeague.com is not in any way responsible for any such use by User, nor for any harassing, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal messages or transmissions that User may receive as a result of using the Services. Notwithstanding any other remedies available to CareersLeague.com , User agree that CareersLeague.com may suspend or terminate User’s use of the Services without notice if User use the Services or the Content in any prohibited manner, and that such use will be deemed a material breach of these Terms. • Users agree not to misuse any content owned or displayed or related to careersleague. Careersleague does not guarantee the authenticity of the courses offered by the institutes. It is duty of a user to verify the details of the same.
7. TERMS OF USE FOR EMPLOYERS/ COMPANIES AND CONSULTANCIES
a. Employers / Consultancies are solely responsible for keeping the confidentiality of the user account. Users agree to notify careersleague in case of any unauthorized usage of User’s Employer/Consultancy account.
b. Users agree to provide the correct information wherever required.
c. Job posting may not contain:
- misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, Programming Script, irrelevant keywords, any hyperlinks, other than those authorized by Careersleague;
- the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of User’s customers; save where expressly agreed by Careersleague;
- inaccurate, false, or misleading information; andthe names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the posting;
- more than one job or job description, more than one location, or more than one job category, unless the product so allows;
- Material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
- except where allowed by applicable law, post jobs which require the applicant to provide information relating to his/her
- philosophical or religious beliefs
- membership of a trade union
- physical or mental health
- sexual orientation
- the commission of criminal offences or proceedings
- Age
- racial or ethnic origin
- political beliefs
Careersleague reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any Careersleague Site, which in the reasonable exercise of Careersleague’s discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that Careersleague believes is not in the best interest of Careersleague. If at any time during User’s use of the Careersleague Services, User made a misrepresentation of fact to Careersleague or otherwise misled Careersleague in regards to the nature of User’s business activities, Careersleague will have grounds to terminate User’s use of the Careersleague Services. Employer / Consultancy undertakes that the job posted by it are in existence , genuine and Employer / Consultancy has the authority to post the jobs
8. RESUME DATABASE USAGE
Careersleague reserves the right to manage or release or restrict the content to the Employer/Consultancy as per the services they have subscribed. Careersleague provides no guarantee on the kind of responses an Employer / Consultancy will receive for the communication actions taken on the resume/s. Careersleague is not responsible for the wrong information provided by the job seeker/consultant/institute. Employer / Consultancy must cross verify the information provided by the users. The Employer / Consultancy account is not resalable / Transferrable to any other person, firm/corporate body use of any other premises or network which does not belong to the Employer/Consultancy. The Employer / Consultancy should not download a data from the resume database for commercial purpose it should be solely for the purpose of hiring.
9. SCHEDULE INTERVIEW
The Employer / Consultancy is bound to schedule the genuine interview for the shortlisted candidates. The feature of scheduling interview should not be used for the purpose of arranging seminars/ marketing sessions / multi-level marketing seminars or other things which are not related to the scheduling of the job interview for the job seeker.
10. PROPOSALS
Careersleague only facilitates the institutes, employers and consultancies (called as “parties” hereon) in searching the entity of interest as per the business requirement. Careers league is just a platform to initiate the professional business networking among them and it does not involve in the business transactions made between the parties and it is not a party to any contract / agreements they enter into. Accepting and rejecting the business proposals is a complete discrimination of the parties and careersleague never influences the decisions of the parties to accept or reject the proposal. If careersleague comes across any misuse of the feature by the parties or if any such incident is reported to the careersleague , It holds the right to take appropriate action in terms of terminating the account or deactivating it temporarily till the issue is resolved.
User may contact CareersLeague.com at connect@careersleague.com to report any violation or infringement of User’s rights by Users of the Services.
11. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The Services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. CareersLeague.com domain and its contents belong to Zingwebs which shall retain ownership in and to the Services and to all related intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks, trade names, database rights and patents. Users are granted only a limited right to use the Services subject to these Terms and no intellectual property rights are or will deemed to be transferred or licensed to Users except as contemplated herein.
12. UNMODERATED CONTENT
Any Content that is not published by CareersLeague.com, i.e. that User or other Users post or communicate directly in or on the Services, including User information, User profile information, status updates and messages sent via the Services may not be previewed by CareersLeague.com . Any such immoderate Content will not be covered by CareersLeague.com and it will not be liable for the publication of such Content. We will indicate any immoderate or moderated Content published in or on the Services, for example by using different badges in connection with the publication of such Content.
CareersLeague.com appreciates the opportunity to be notified of any objectionable user generated content posted or communicated by a User directly in or on the Services. Please contact us at connect@careersleague.com to report any objectionable user generated content. CareersLeague.com hereby reserves the right in its absolute discretion to remove any user generated content from the Services.
13. THIRD PARTY CONTENT
The Services may contain links to external content provided by third party websites and services. Such third party content, websites and services may be subject to the respective third party terms and conditions and CareersLeague.com will not be liable for any such third party content, websites or services.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAREERSLEAGUE.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, THEIR QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND USERS AGREE THAT THE SERVICES ARE USED AT USER’S OWN RISK.
Users understand and acknowledge that the Services may be unavailable from time to time and that CareersLeague.com will not be liable for User’s inability to use the Services for whatever reason.
CareersLeague.com makes no warranty or representation that the Services are available for use in any particular location. To the extent User choose to access and use the Services, User do so at User’s own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws in connection with such access and use of the Services.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, USER EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT CAREERSLEAGUE.COM SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA AND GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR THE CONTENT, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, and without limitation, CareersLeague.com shall have no liability for any information stored or processed within the Services, including the costs of recovering such information. User’s only right or remedy with respect to any problems or dissatisfaction with the Services, is to uninstall the CareersLeague.com applications and cease to use the Services.
CAREERSLEAGUE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE VALIDITY, RELIABILITY OR CORRECTNESS OF THE CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH AND IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SERVICES. ANY USE OF THE CONTENT AND INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT USERR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for any liability that mandatorily cannot be limited or excluded by law, including any rights User may have as a consumer under Indian Consumer Laws.
16. TERMINATION
User’s right to use the Services continues until these Terms are terminated. CareersLeague.com may terminate the Terms and User’s use of the Services at any time with thirty (30) days’ notice in advance. User may terminate the Terms at any time by uninstalling the CareersLeague.com applications and ceasing the use of the Services. These Terms will automatically terminate if Users fail to comply with them. Upon any termination, Users agree to cease using the Services. Upon termination by Users, or by CareersLeague.com due to User’s breach of these Terms, Users will not be refunded any license fees or other prepaid fees, if any.
Provisions of sections Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Termination and Governing Law shall survive any termination of these Terms.
17. ASSIGNMENT
CareersLeague.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to freely assign and transfer the rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party.
18. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CHANGES
As CareersLeague.com provides global Services, additional Terms of Services may apply to Users in certain jurisdictions and will in such cases be made available in appendices and incorporated hereto.
CareersLeague.com may change the Services at any time, such as by adding or removing features or discontinuing the Services. CareersLeague.com also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by providing revised Terms to the User or by publishing the revised Terms within the Services. In case of material changes, the User shall always be notified thereof and provided the option to immediately terminate the Services. If Users choose to terminate the Services, User will be refunded any unused prepaid fees upon User’s written request, provided a receipt of such fees and a clear payment instruction are included in User’s request. The revised Terms shall become effective upon such publishing or notification to the User.
Additional Terms for Employers
Bidding
Careersleague does not guarantee the authenticity of the Offer letters uploaded by the candidates/ job seekers. It’s a responsibility of the employer to verify the same. The sole purpose of careersleague behind introducing this feature is to facilitate employers to hire best talent from the job market and to create a platform for job seekers to reach the potential employers who can offer them worth their talent deserves.
Campus Recruitment
Careersleague is not involved in arranging the campus hiring drives with the institutes. It is the responsibility of Employer to verify the details provided by the institutes. Post showing the interest in campus Employer and Institutes can manually contact each other to proceed further Purpose of Campus Recruitment feature is to create a platform for Employers to browse the opportunities available for hiring the passed out candidates of various institutes for the particular type of course.
Attitude Test
Purpose of this test is to provide platform for an Employer to primarily test the attitude of the candidate using various questions based on various psychological theories, however the test does not guarantees the actual behavior, complete character and personality of the candidate attempting it. Employer can add its own questions to test the candidate’s attitude using Manual Mode. Careersleague does not gives access of this data to anyone, including its admins. It’s complete responsibility of the recruiter / employer to handle all the papers safely. Questions in the automated test are predefined by the site admin and careersleague may modify or change or remove or add them with the bona-fide intention for the users
Terms and conditions for the Institutes
Training institutes must mention the authorized courses which they are directly offering in their premises or online courses which are conducted directly under the supervision of the relevant institute. Posting marketing material of third party courses offered by third party is not allowed and if any such incident is reported careersleague holds rights to temporary or permanently block the account. Institutes are bound to post the genuine and accurate information about campus recruitment and courses offered. Once the employer / consultant accepts the invitation of campus recruitment , its institute’s duty to follow-up with the right point of contact for confirmation and further proceedings. Careersleague in any way is not involved in the decision making process of accepting or rejecting the invitation for the campus recruitment , It only provides notifications/ information of the actions performed by the user on given invitation and does not guarantees the authority of the person to perform those actions.
Additional Terms of use for Candidates
Bid Profile
The feature is developed with the intent of providing platform for the candidate to showcase his recent offers the employer and look for the better in case the candidate is looking for better opportunity. Candidate/user/job seeker must upload image or pdf copy of the original offer letter.

As CareersLeague.com provides
global Services, additional Terms of Services may apply to Users in certain
jurisdictions and will in such cases be made available in appendices and
incorporated hereto.
CareersLeague.com
may change the Services at any time, such as
by adding or removing features or discontinuing the Services. CareersLeague.com
also reserves the right to modify these Terms
at any time by providing revised Terms to the User or by publishing the revised
Terms within the Services. In case of material changes, the User shall always
be notified thereof and provided the option to immediately terminate the
Services. If Users choose to terminate the Services, User will be refunded any
unused prepaid fees upon User’s written request, provided a receipt of such
fees and a clear payment instruction are included in User’s request. The
revised Terms shall become effective upon such publishing or notification to
the User.
Additional Terms for Employers
Bidding
Careersleague does not guarantee the authenticity of the Offer
letters uploaded by the candidates/ job seekers. It’s a responsibility of the
employer to verify the same. The sole purpose of careersleague behind
introducing this feature is to facilitate employers to hire best talent from
the job market and to create a platform for job seekers to reach the potential
employers who can offer them worth their talent deserves.
Campus Recruitment
Careersleague is not involved in arranging the campus hiring
drives with the institutes. It is the responsibility of Employer to verify the
details provided by the institutes. Post showing the interest in campus
Employer and Institutes can manually contact each other to proceed further Purpose
of Campus Recruitment feature is to create a platform for Employers to browse
the opportunities available for hiring the passed out candidates of various
institutes for the particular type of course.
Attitude Test
Purpose of this test is to provide platform for an Employer to
primarily test the attitude of the candidate using various questions based on
various psychological theories, however the test does not guarantees the actual
behavior, complete character and personality of the candidate attempting it. Employer
can add its own questions to test the candidate’s attitude using Manual Mode. Careersleague
does not gives access of this data to anyone, including its admins. It’s
complete responsibility of the recruiter / employer to handle all the papers
safely. Questions in the automated test are predefined by the site admin and
careersleague may modify or change or remove or add them with the bona-fide
intention for the users
Terms and conditions for the Institutes
Training institutes must mention the authorised courses which they
are directly offering in their premises or online courses which are conducted
directly under the supervision of the relevant institute. Posting marketing
material of third party courses offered by third party is not allowed and if
any such incident is reported careersleague holds rights to temporary or
permanently block the account. Institutes are bound to post the genuine and
accurate information about campus recruitment and courses offered. Once the
employer / consultant accepts the invitation of campus recruitment , its
institute’s duty to follow-up with the right point of contact for confirmation
and further proceedings. Careersleague in any way is not involved in the
decision making process of accepting or rejecting the invitation for the campus
recruitment , It only provides notifications/ information of the actions
performed by the user on given invitation and does not guarantees the authority
of the person to perform those actions.

The feature is developed with the intent of providing platform for the candidate to showcase his recent offers the employer and look for the better in case the candidate is looking for better opportunity.
