Job Description

Support online travel agencies with technical and functional knowledge Gather requirement from online travel agencies and procure them Identify and quantify opportunities for automated process enhancements and improvements Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions for new developments/enhancements Provide overall business and systems analysis and design support for the project/product Prepare Use cases and Functional Design Document for use by product management Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes both pre and post-production Partner with all internal stakeholders to help drive the business Inform and support prospective customers Provide functional expertise to sales and support teams
