Job Description

We are looking for outstanding Golang Lead Engineers with proven technical, leadership and delivery skills to lead the team in designing and developing the next generation of API endpoints used by millions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility and accountability for backend Go services code on AWS lambda. • Convert product requirements into actionable and tangible items for all stakeholders. • Overall API Design - code, performance, security. • Release estimation, planning and timely integration with other stakeholders (product, app, frontend, ui/ux etc). • Performance fixes and optimisation. • DB schema design and finalisation. • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new best practices to maximise development quality, efficiency Code review. • Build modular, efficient, testable, and reusable Golang code. • Integration with third party solutions/services with JSON data via REST API calls. Requirements: • Excellent Data Structure and Design Patterns. • Strong knowledge of AWS services and their working. • In-depth experience in micro-services / serverless architecture. • Golang knowledge and expertise. • Strong logical reasoning and programming skills. • Strong knowledge of JSON data handling. • Understanding database schemas that represent and support business processes. • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Github. • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques. • Skills: Golang, MYSQL, AWS, JSON, Backend
