Job Summary
Mid senior level position reporting directly to CEO.
This role is about client acquisition.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify key prospects through your current network and through growing your network through LinkedIn or other professional channels and converting prospects to accounts within a set sales cycle target.
- Growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network to identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. and set up meetings with them.
- Plan approaches and strategy. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives demonstrating our ability to be a valued partner.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Attend industry functions, such as events and conferences to gain knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Shall be able to do market research to find about the various tenders for training and responding to it.
- Submit weekly progress reports with updates on progress with prospective accounts.
- Ensure that pipeline data is accurately entered and managed.
- Assist in forecasting sales targets and ensure they are met.
Track and record activity on accounts and close deals to meet these targets
