Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Positioning digital offerings and solutions to customers via multiple channels: in person, on calls, over email, through events and winning new projects for digital.
- Primary focus on new customer acquisition (hunting) through account research & lead generation
- Building and leading an inside sales team
- Client relationship management
Role Measurement Criteria:
- Customer acquisition target
- Pipeline target
- Leads generated through personal contacts and efforts
Skill Sets Needed:
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Development on Tech Side (selling tech service/creative services) with experience in Ad Agency)
- Knowledge of digital technologies and digital transformation: Mobility, BI, Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, Social, AI/ML
- Sales experience with enterprise verticals such as BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), TTH (Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality), RLCG (Retail, Logistics, and Consumer Goods), HPLS (Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences).
- Outstanding client interaction and customer management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preference:
- MBA / Equivalent
