Job Description

• Custodian for ATM Network for the designated region
• Daily follow ups with vendors, CRA, OEMS, etc.
• Liaison with internal stake like Marketing team, Supply team, finance team, Projects
• Driving FLM/SLM closure forcalls.
• Daily reports making, analytics problem finding. Identification and of long pending issues. permanent fixes for prolonged_. Identification and RCA on& part replacement calls. on non-adherence of SLA vendors and actions on.
• Key objective would be sustain maximum system availability the customer with least transacting systems.
• Driving Process & Quality programs for ATM operations.
• Ensuring periodic maintenance activities performed in time.
• Identifying opportunities to drive improvement by measuring key performance indicators.
