Job Description
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide Account/Product information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
We are looking for the best CSRs who genuinely excited to help customers. Should have patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Who loves to talk, should have Problem-solving skills. And should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve inquiry, just escalate to the next level.
