Roles and Responsibilites
1) Experience 5 to 7 Years or more
2) Thorough in Tally Accounting Software
3) Basics of Accounting Standards well known, upto Trial Balance, Currents assets grouping etc
4) This is a Sales Depot, Involves functions like, Inward Goods check, Purchase entry, Receipt Entry, Sales Bill generation, Schemes to be applied,
Dispatch Status for each order, Coordinating with the Sales Team from order to dispatch into within the State.
5) Microsoft Excel & Word must be well know, including formulations and tabs in excel
6) Petty Cash / Over cash management and its MIS and heads of account well known to book the expenses into the software.
7) Overall incharge of dispatches.
8) Basically Speedy application of mind and multi task execution of work.
