Roles and Responsibilities

Budgeting, Costing with quantity estimation and item specification arrangement of resources, Site management, supervision, surveying, Quality control, of all works related to building construction

Coordination with vendors and consultants Clarifying any discrepancies or issues related to drawings/execution etc.

Management reporting with interaction with Architects and contractors Preparing and implementing project plans.

Researching and providing estimates for projects.

Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.

Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.

Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of the real estate industry & recent developments in construction techniques machinery, etc.

Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
