Quality Control Engineer Trainee
Required Qualifications : Diploma / BE / Bsc in electronics
Male only
Fresher / with one year experience.
Fluency in Kannada is a must.
Personlity requirement
Serious and responsible personilty with ability to understand risk factors of
deviations and non-compliance.
Highly quality consious, process oriented, person of high integrity and self respect.
Good communication skills with clarity.
High presence of mind and ability to multi-task and remember.
Proactive personilty of immediately resolving issues.
Other requirements
Excellent vision including the ability to distinguish between colors and varying
shades of color.
Able to read and write in English fluently.
Must be able to sit and perform stationary work for the majority of the shift.
Physically fit to lift 20-30 periodically.
Must be able to work independently and safely at all times.
Must maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.
Requirements
Basic computer knowledge. MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
Brief Job Profile
Training will be provided for
Inspecting and approving incoming materials by sampling tests, routine tests,
conducting visual test, measurement tests - confirming to specification and
rejecting non-complying materials and returning the same.
Production in-process inspection, confirm specifications, conducting visual and
measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production head.
Generating reports and resolving NCs
Entry the details (RIR and other reports) in Tally and Excel
Documentation inQMS, audits, ISO internal audting as per ISO 9001-2015, drafting
process and QMS, process control and implementaion, continous improvement
and train others.
Proactive communication with engineering team, purchase and vendor.
Final QA test of final tested product before despatch by witness testing
confirming to every parameters, specifications, conducting visual and
measurement tests.
