Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling complaints and queries of Channel Partners received from PAN India after sales and taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
- Enhancing and evolving the CRM tool to a mature state to make it useful and widely used as the standard
- Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelineness
- Helping Channel Partner orders and ensuring the timely delivery of orders with regular follow up with dispatch team and logistics team
- Ensuring that customer has appropriate knowledge and awareness of our new launched products or schemes to increase the sale of the company
- Generating, maintaining and analyzing Sales Report and maintaining the MIS for management review on monthly , Quaterly and Annually basis
- Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Working closely with Accounts Department to clear all payment related issues or helping Channel Partners in issuance of Credit note
