Job Description
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Meet the assigned sales quota by acquiring new customer accounts, renewing and growing existing relationship. Customers ranges from dealers, traders, Small scale to mid corporate.
- Supporting the total sales process for resulting sales campaign. Reporting for establishing all promotions including of Product demos, product usage etc. including coordinating with the marketing leads.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales plan. May also participate in budgeting and planning process.
- Strong Knowledge required about the products mainly of welding consumables
- Customer centric mindsets focused on building and improving customer relationships and utilizing value selling of our products to make a difference.
- Review and analyze data for sales forecast , reporting / tracking metrics towards operating plans and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Determine monthly profit plan by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Preferably from Welding Industry
- Required rich experience into conventional Products or Welding Consumables.
Skills required:-
- 5+ Min years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Role:Channel Management
Salary: 4,50,000 - 8,50,000 P.A.
