Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards and meet Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets.
Take Full responsibility for the Profitability of the Centre.
Complete understanding of Education Counselling and Target based systems
Experience of 4 to 6 yrs in Corporate and Retail sales is required.
Candidates preferred from Educational Sales background.
Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).
Make Field visits to Corporates to sell the Courses of offered by NMIMS.
People management - To develop and manage a team of agents ;
Ability to motivate team and align tangential ideas and thoughts of individuals towards meeting and exceeding common team goals.
Must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the big picture and make improvements.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
