Roles and Responsibilities

1. Create, optimize and manage digital ad campaigns on ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart.
2. Optimize budgets and spend according to ad performance.
3. Liaise between category teams & marketing teams for campaigns, inventories & reports. 
4. Analyze data to determine ways to optimize performance to improve conversion rates, open percentages, and other key metrics.
5. Provide regular performance reports to supervisors.
6. Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analyzing internal results, competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends.
7. Document clearly defined action steps and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Advanced MS Excel skills.
2. Proven work experience as an Amazon Marketing Specialist.
3. Hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience. (AMS, Flipkart Ads)
4. Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and paid advertising experience (pay per click) is a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
7. Strong ability to multitask
