SEMI VOICE PROCESS
Roles and Responsibilities
- Solving Customer queries through mail and calls
- Good command in verbal and written English.
- Provide resolution to customers requests received via postal mail, e-mail or Call - Catalog
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 Years experience in Catalog
- Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Work Location: indira nagar Bangalore
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English.
- Candidate should have basic Mail drafting Knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- 6 Days working & 1 Rotational Week Off.
- Candidate preferred only from Bangalore Location.
- Ready to work from Office.
Salary Package :-
CTC :- 35000/-
TH :- 28000/-
Work Experience:-
Minimum:- 1 Years experience in Catalog / international Process
