Job description

• Solving Customer queries through calls
• Good command in verbal and written English.
• Provide resolution to customers requests received via postal mail, e-mail or Call

Required Candidate profile.

• Freshers experience both can come
• Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
• Work Location: Gurgaon

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent Communication Skills in English.
• Candidate should have basic Mail drafting Knowledge.
• Immediate joiners only
• 6 Days working & 1 Rotational Week Off.
• Candidate preferred only from Delhi NCR and GURGAON
• Ready to work from Office.
