Job Specification
- Generate maximum revenue in the Sales of Learning Centre & Services and/or rooms through achievement of specific revenue consumption and revenue booking goal levels in support of the hotels established merchandising strategies.
- Actively support the Revenue Growth element by championing assigned market segments and priorities.
- Provide proactive guest service and timely follow up that meets or exceeds customer expectations and company standards.
- Contribute toward the maintenance of a professional and ethical image for the organisation
Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude)
Education: Minimum: Masters in Business Administration/Marketing or Global equivalent
Additional:
Experience: Minimum 9 – 12 years of relevant work experience
Experience in large bids/tenders responses with basic presentation skills
Knowledge & Key Skills:
· Pro-active self-starter with ability operate both individually and as part of a team
· Good Business Acumen
· Excellent negotiation skills, positioning, business justification and closing skills
Skills:
Facility sales, facility selling, space selling, training facility selling, banquet space selling, leasing.
Required Experience: 8years to 12 years
