Position - Sales Advisor
Location: Bangalore
About the Role
The Sales Advisor is responsible for supporting the team on their mission to reach targets. The advisor is tasked with doing cold outreach campaigns in order to strike relationships with prospects at various mid-size to large enterprises, in order to create opportunities for the sales team. This role requires hustle, a good attitude, and teamwork. Should have at least 1+ years of experience in a sales role.
Responsibilities
- Create sales opportunities from initial interest to sales activation
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and their value to our customers
- Identify new prospects in the market, build relationships with HRs as an expert on employee benefits
- Maintain active engagement with prospects and customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Assist in hosting and supporting marketing events to continue to increase public awareness about Loop products
- Think critically about sales data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales numbers and the customer experience
- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for prospects/customers and clearly communicate how we can solve these issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in Employee Benefit Insurance products
- High level of natural intelligence, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of coachability and great listening skills.
- The desire to grow as a leader in a fast-growing technology company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
